Requirements

5+ years of Workday configuration experience
Strong business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, documentation, etc
Demonstrated competency in documenting solutions for both technical and functional audiences
Advanced skills in Workday HCM along with two other supporting modules
Ability to lead process discussions which will result in overall system design

Responsibilities

Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs/requirements
Assist junior team members on advanced system concepts, configuration and reporting
Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to optimize business processes (particularly workflow/security), implement new functionality, and actively participate in major projects as needed
Work with internal teams and AMS support to properly configure Workday
Apply technical expertise to the most complex HRIS issues
Establish plans for ongoing enhancements and support of the Workday platform as a whole
Assist with the day-to-day operational needs of the Workday environment including user management, role changes, data changes and analysis as needed
Support security management
Support ongoing enhancements, data changes, testing, reporting, and general platform and end-user support
Develop and modify reports, analytics, metrics and dashboards for management and functional Workday users
Assist in managing and testing Workday major releases, identifying impact and enhancement opportunities associated with a new release, and communicating appropriately with the various business unit leads
Work with the various business units to prepare and upload Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) for mass data entry
Actively participate in Workday Community and User Groups to identify any potential issues as well as identify any new solutions to existing issues
Work independently with great team spirit
Take full ownership of and accountability for assigned tasks and communicate status accurately to management and teams
Other duties as assigned
