Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in T&E, P2P, or Accounts Payable
Hands-on experience with SAP Concur, AppZen, and SAP S/4HANA
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; ability to learn new tools quickly
Strong understanding of SOX/internal controls and audit processes
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
Experience with training delivery and documentation
Motivated by working in an international context
Must reside in Sao Paulo and commute 2 days/week to corporate LATAM HQ

Responsibilities

Process and audit expense claims using tools like Concur and AppZen
Manage corporate cards (T&E, P-Card): issuance, reconciliation, and user support
Resolve process exceptions and stakeholder queries
Generate advanced reports using Concur Intelligence and analyze T&E data
Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance
Monitor KPIs (e.g., timely submissions, policy violations) and drive improvements
Deliver training on T&E tools and policies to employees and new team members
Maintain SOPs and ensure accurate process documentation
Collaborate on system integrations (Workday, SAP, Concur)
Identify trends and update policies to improve efficiency
Support and backup T&E teams located in other regions
