Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in T&E, P2P, or Accounts Payable
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Concur, AppZen, and SAP S/4HANA
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Strong understanding of SOX/internal controls and audit processes
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Experience with training delivery and documentation
  • Motivated by working in an international context
  • Must reside in Sao Paulo and commute 2 days/week to corporate LATAM HQ

Responsibilities

  • Process and audit expense claims using tools like Concur and AppZen
  • Manage corporate cards (T&E, P-Card): issuance, reconciliation, and user support
  • Resolve process exceptions and stakeholder queries
  • Generate advanced reports using Concur Intelligence and analyze T&E data
  • Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance
  • Monitor KPIs (e.g., timely submissions, policy violations) and drive improvements
  • Deliver training on T&E tools and policies to employees and new team members
  • Maintain SOPs and ensure accurate process documentation
  • Collaborate on system integrations (Workday, SAP, Concur)
  • Identify trends and update policies to improve efficiency
  • Support and backup T&E teams located in other regions
