Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security, Information Assurance, Information Security Management, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity Policy, or a related field, and may benefit from industry-related certifications. Experience operationalizing leading endpoint security technology and planning enterprise technology deployment is important, along with experience advising customers on identified information security risks.

Responsibilities

As a Sr. Technical Engagement Lead, the individual will use their security knowledge and expertise of the Falcon Platform to drive all service objectives to completion and support all customer-related workflows, produce and deliver service-defined kickoff and technical onboarding meetings, and provide periodic status updates with the customer. They will also support technical discussions pertaining to the Falcon platform, associated detections and preventions, serve as the liaison with other internal CrowdStrike stakeholders, actively engage customers via virtual meeting, email, or case management system, and work with leadership to identify and improve service outcomes aligned to CrowdStrike’s mission and strategic goals.
