About the Role

As part of the “Gold Standard” Service Team, you will provide strategic, hands-on support to guide customers in the successful operationalization of the Falcon platform. Your goal is to help customers detect, respond to, and remediate active security incidents, positioning them for the highest level of success and eliminating threats.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize security knowledge and Falcon Platform expertise to drive service objectives and support customer workflows.
  • Produce and deliver service-defined kickoff and technical onboarding meetings, and provide periodic status updates to customers.
  • Support technical discussions regarding the Falcon platform, detections, preventions, and service best practices aligned with the Gold Standard Operating Model.
  • Act as a liaison with internal CrowdStrike stakeholders to ensure customer inquiries and operating requirements are fully resolved.
  • Actively engage customers via virtual meetings, email, or case management systems.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and improve service outcomes that align with CrowdStrike’s mission and strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Customer Service: Passion for customer success and satisfaction, driving customers to the “Gold Standard” and ensuring service objectives are met.
  • Project Management: Experience and proficiencies valuable for ensuring customer success (though not a direct project management role).
  • Endpoint Technology: Experience operationalizing leading endpoint security technology and planning enterprise technology deployments. Prior Falcon operationalization experience is a significant plus.
  • Information Security: Experience advising customers on identified information security risks.

Bonus Points

  • Proficiency and experience with common Information Technology and Systems Management platforms (e.g., Active Directory/Group Policy, Citrix, SCCM).
  • Proficiency and experience with cloud technology platforms and container workloads (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering customer-facing collateral using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Education

  • A BA or BS / MA or MS degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security, Information Assurance, Information Security Management, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity Policy, or a related field is preferred.
  • Industry-related certifications are also a plus.
