Requirements

Candidates must possess a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, along with relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations and/or Micro-Certifications. A minimum of 3 years of experience in configuration and development for complex technologies, including integrations and portals, is required. Demonstrated ability to influence and consult is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Technical Consultant will act as the functional and technical expert, configuring ServiceNow Security Operations products using best practices to accelerate customer business outcomes. Responsibilities include supporting Security Operation process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis through customer workshops, advising customers on leveraging standard capabilities, and leading design workshops. The role involves guiding customers in documentation, drafting user stories, developing integration and portal components, leading technical project delivery, and preparing customer-facing deliverables. Additionally, the consultant will promote continuous improvement, support sales activities, and provide training to team members and partners, with up to 50% travel annually.
