Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust security clearance. Requires at least 3+ years of configuring/developing ServiceNow or equivalent solutions, holding a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, and preferably HR Professional Suite Certification, Workplace Service Delivery Accreditation, Legal Service Delivery Accreditation, or Certified Application Developer certification. A minimum of 5 years of configuration/development experience for complex HR, Workplace/Facilities & Legal technologies, including integrations and portals, is also necessary. Demonstrated ability to influence, consult, and provide thought leadership to customer HR stakeholders is required.
Serve as a technical expert in optimizing and leveraging ServiceNow best practices, focusing on configuration over customization. Support customer engagements by defining, re-engineering, and analyzing processes during workshops with key stakeholders. Advise customers on utilizing ServiceNow Solution's standard capabilities to improve their processes. Lead customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and Solution technology. Guide customers in completing technical documentation, drafting user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and knowledge transfer. Provide oversight and training for customer system administrators. Lead technical aspects of project delivery, including solution delivery and unit testing of partner development. Develop integration components like SSO and LDAP, and required portal components. Prepare customer-facing deliverables focused on technology and ensure the quality of configured/developed solutions. Juggle multiple complex projects and promote continuous improvement practices. Support sales activities when required and provide training/mentoring to the ServiceNow delivery team and partner ecosystem. Travel up to 50% annually may be required.
