Requirements

  • Expertise in SAP Concur system administration, including user provisioning, workflow approvals, expense types, audit rules, cash advance settings, and sandbox testing
  • Experience maintaining integrations with SAP S/4HANA (employee master data, cost centers/WBS, GL mapping) and coordinating fixes with IT
  • Ability to build and schedule Concur Intelligence/Analytics dashboards and reports (e.g., aging, compliance, top violators, missing receipts)
  • Knowledge of expense review, auditing, policy enforcement, and coaching employees on corrections
  • Proficiency in monitoring spend categories (airfare, lodging, per-diem, mileage, meals, R&D tools) and enforcing allowable/non-allowable rules
  • Skills in investigating exceptions, duplicates, potential misuse, and documenting resolutions with Accounting and HR
  • Experience managing corporate travel and P-Card programs end-to-end, including vendor negotiations, rate management, compliance monitoring, and employee support
  • Ability to act as liaison with card issuers for new cards, limits, MCC controls, delinquency management, and dispute resolution
  • Competence in reconciling card feeds to Concur and SAP, ensuring timely expense submission and statement settlement
  • Oversight of travel/expense reimbursements and invoices, including for contractors, with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
  • Experience processing out-of-pocket reimbursements and resolving returned/rejected payments
  • Maintenance of accurate AP vendor/employee records tied to reimbursement workflows
  • Preparation of monthly journal entries (credit card clearing, employee advances, reimbursements, T&E accruals)
  • Ownership of reconciliations for T&E-related GL accounts, investigating variances, and proposing adjustments
  • Support for internal/external audits with samples, policy documentation, process narratives, and SOX-aligned controls
  • Maintenance and updating of T&E policies, procedures, and documentation in Confluence
  • Ability to recommend policy updates based on spend/risk analysis and drive continuous improvements
  • On-site work 5 days a week

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end employee expense lifecycle across SAP Concur and corporate card program

  • Maintain integrations with SAP S/4HANA and coordinate fixes with IT support

  • Help maintain Supernal’s T&E policy and procedures; recommend updates based on spend/risk analysis
  • Review, audit, and post employee expense reports for accuracy, receipts, and policy compliance; coach employees on corrections
  • Monitor spend categories and enforce allowable/non-allowable rules
  • Investigate exceptions, duplicates, and potential misuse; escalate and document resolutions with Accounting and HR
  • Manage corporate travel and P-Card programs end-to-end: vendor negotiations, rate management, compliance monitoring, and employee support
