Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors with minimum 12+ years of significant experience
  • Strong knowledge of secure hardware technologies, including Trusted Platform Modules (TPMs)
  • Deep expertise in cryptography and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), including certificate lifecycle management, secure key storage, and identity provisioning
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable PKI solutions with integration of certificate authorities (CAs), automated issuance and renewal workflows, and policy-driven access controls aligned with standards such as X.509, TLS, and FIPS 140-2/3
  • Strong knowledge of secure hardware technologies, including Trusted Platform Modules (TPMs), hardware security modules (HSMs), and secure enclaves, with practical experience in key protection, attestation, and secure boot mechanisms across embedded and edge platforms
  • Proven expertise in developing and deploying cross-platform C++ agent software, with proficiency in containerization using Docker, secure over-the-air (OTA) update mechanisms, and integration with cloud-native services
  • Solid understanding of system-level programming in C/C++, with the ability to apply low-level knowledge to optimize performance, security, and resource utilization in constrained environments
  • Expertise in automating packaging and deployment workflows for agent software on Linux and Windows, ensuring consistent and reproducible build environments
  • Expert level skills in design, architecture and development, with an ability to take a deep dive in the implementation aspects if the situation demands
  • Expert in core data structures as well as algorithms and has the ability to implement them using language of choice when necessary
  • Subject matter expert in processes and methodologies with ability to adapt and improvise in various situations. Expert in navigating through ambiguity and prioritizing conflicting asks

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and develop product in a LINUX / WINDOWS Platform
  • Provide technical leadership and define, develop, and evolve software in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development methods and infrastructure
  • Provide guidance to developers with either planning and execution and/or design architecture using agile methodologies such as SCRUM
  • Work with Product Line Leaders (PLLs) to understand product requirements & vision
  • Drive increased efficiency across the teams, eliminating duplication, leveraging product and technology reuse
  • Capture system level requirements by brainstorming with CTO, Sr. Architects, Data Scientists, Businesses & Product Managers
  • Lead impact assessment and decision related to technology choices, design /architectural considerations and implementation strategy
  • Lead the architecture and design efforts across the product / multiple product versions and architect custom solutions off the base product
  • Design highly complex modules, critical components or a whole application/product in its entirety, with vision to integrate it across multiple systems
  • Drive the design and development efforts related to architecture, scalability, availability and performance in alignment with the product/application roadmap
