Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Approximately 8+ years of hands-on professional experience in full stack web development
Advanced proficiency in Python and its web frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
Extensive experience building modern front-end applications with React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript
Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design
Proven experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM technologies
Solid understanding of RESTful API design, implementation, and integration
Proficient with version control systems, especially Git, and collaborative development workflows
Demonstrated leadership in technical teams, including mentoring and code review
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks
Background in Agile/Scrum project environments
Experience in architectural decision-making and technical roadmap planning

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using Python (Django, Flask, or similar frameworks) for the back-end and React.js for the front-end
Mentor, guide, and support junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and application architecture
Develop and maintain robust, reusable, and secure code across the stack
Architect and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services as needed
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to promote team growth and code quality
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and frameworks, recommending their adoption where beneficial
Contribute to project planning, estimation, and risk management activities
