Responsibilities

Oversee the coordination of studio and remote productions
Provide consultation on pre-production, production, and post-production studio activities
Make procedural or process suggestions to work group members, fellow project leads, other internal employees and external customers for achieving studio production goals
Assist in providing necessary resources or help to remove obstacles to studio production accomplishments
Assist in solving complex studio problems or situations
Target important areas for innovation and develop solutions that address meaningful studio changes
Identify more critical and less critical activities and assignments; adjust priorities when appropriate
Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
Be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary
Understand and adhere to Comcast's Operating Principles
Own the customer experience
Be an enthusiastic learner, user, and advocate of Comcast's technology, products, and services
