Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, solution architecture, or similar roles, with significant experience working with technology partners. A strong grasp of cloud platform architecture (SaaS, PaaS, automation, multi-tenancy) and proven ability to guide partners through complex solution designs and business strategy discussions are required. Deep curiosity and interest in AI technologies and emerging trends, along with clear communication skills comfortable engaging at the CxO level, are essential. Industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Public Sector is a plus. Knowledge of generative AI, predictive analytics, or automation tools, experience building solutions on the ServiceNow platform, training or certification in Design Thinking, ServiceNow certifications, and a business development background are preferred. Familiarity with alternative cloud or enterprise software platforms is also a plus.
The Solution Architect will co-create offerings with strategic partners, focusing on designing and guiding AI-infused ServiceNow solutions to address business challenges. Responsibilities include applying an AI-first mindset in all partner engagements, providing expert guidance on the ServiceNow platform, and driving conversations around market positioning and AI leverage. The role involves facilitating human-centered design workshops with partners, supporting them in defining go-to-market strategies and technical goals through an AI lens, and enabling partners to embed AI into their ServiceNow offerings. Additionally, the Solution Architect will collaborate with the ServiceNow field to advocate for innovative, AI-enabled partner solutions.
