A minimum of 3 years of experience building production-ready video pipelines using frameworks like GStreamer or FFmpeg is required, along with hands-on experience with streaming protocols such as WebRTC, RTSP, or HLS, and codecs like H.264 and H.265. Proficiency in Rust or C/C++ and experience deploying applications in Linux environments are necessary. Bonus points for experience building GStreamer pipelines in Rust.
