Responsibilities

Perform analysis, design, programming, debugging, modification, and maintenance of web enhancements and/or new products
Apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
Work on problems of moderate scope requiring review of situations or data and various factors
Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
Build productive internal and external working relationships
Lead internal and external clients with Internet-, intranet-, or extranet-based applications using technologies like .NET, XML, HTML, multimedia, database interactions, and data modeling
Research, track, and understand new web technologies to provide technical leadership in developing service applications and analyzing business requirements
Build applications using web forms
Provide written design documents, test plans, and test results
Manage, develop, integrate, and implement application components, including front-end development, server-side development, and database integration
Program, maintain, provide technical support, document, and administer applications
Establish and communicate standards to manage costs and ensure continuity of applications
