A Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related discipline with at least 5 years of industrial experience is required, along with hands-on experience in developing and optimizing immunoassays on high-sensitivity platforms, strong expertise in assay prototyping and control system design, and familiarity with regulatory expectations for assay development.
