Requirements

  • Supervise quality operations technicians
  • Support day-to-day critical issues
  • Support Non Conformance Reports and CAPAs
  • Support Kaizen/FTQ
  • Implement quality optimization projects
  • Lead OQWs
  • Lead Quality Operation Initiatives
  • Provide oversight for development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Provide expertise and guidance on policies, regulations, and internal standards
  • Work with operating entities to provide process analyses oversight and enforce requirements
  • Lead audit and inspection preparation, resolution of findings, and liaise with auditing groups/inspectors
  • Prepare reports/documentation (e.g., Corrective and Preventative Actions) for stakeholders
  • Coordinate legal requests for government investigations or litigations
  • Ensure quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly
  • Facilitate uniform standards worldwide and enable best practice sharing
  • Oversee area of responsibility, manage performance, develop talent, engagement, and inclusion
  • Communicate business/operational developments, plan, prioritize, and direct responsibilities of direct reports
  • Supervise team members or subordinate supervisors, providing tactical/technical leadership
  • Perform ongoing operational tasks
  • Make improvements to processes, systems, or products
