Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in testing ServiceNow applications
  • Must be willing to work in shifts
  • Strong understanding of ITSM or other ServiceNow modules
  • Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) is a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with test management tools like JIRA, ALM, or TestRail

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications and modules
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Validate ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify and resolve defects
  • Maintain test documentation and provide detailed reports on test results and issues
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices in ServiceNow testing
  • Use automated testing tools (e.g., ATF – Automated Test Framework) where applicable
