Responsibilities

Define and evolve test strategies from the earliest phases of development, ensuring alignment with business goals
Provide guidance on test planning, coverage, and automation strategy to maximize efficiency and quality
Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks that scale across projects
Ensure automation is integrated into CI/CD pipelines for faster, more reliable releases
Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and developers during early stages to prevent defects, align on requirements, and bring a quality-first mindset
Embed quality from the earliest stages of the software development lifecycle
Drive shift-left practices to prevent defects before they reach production
Champion a proactive approach influencing design, development, and delivery from day one
Act as a key player and quality advocate, bridging teams and aligning quality with project needs and long-term client goals
