Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification and at least 8+ years of relevant experience. Experience in Neuroscience studies, specifically in the listed indications (Rare Disease, Ophthalmology, Neurodegenerative Disorders and Psychiatry) is highly desirable. Familiarity with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and project-specific requirements is also needed.

Responsibilities

The (Senior) Project Manager will serve as the Project Lead and primary sponsor contact, accountable for the overall delivery of the project (quality, time, cost) on behalf of the organization. They will establish and communicate customer expectations to the project team, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure project team compliance with organization policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements. This includes driving risk identification and issue resolution, ensuring financial stewardship, and managing the sponsor to achieve optimal delivery. The role also involves establishing clear delineation in responsibilities and communication pathways for secondary project leads, and facilitating escalation pathways both internally and externally.
