Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field
More than 3 years of project management experience in a pharmaceutical company
Knowledge of pharmaceutical GMP requirements
Knowledge of equipment and facility management
CET-4 English level
Familiarity with pharmaceutical equipment operation and principles
Strong professional skills in process equipment
Strong guidance and coordination abilities
Ability to draw CAD drawings

Responsibilities

Provide technical support: Write bidding documents for specified projects, write and review project construction plans and schedules, confirm equipment and facility technical requirements, provide technical support for project design
Assist in project management: Assist project manager in project management, responsible for technical documents for equipment and facility procurement (e.g., bidding documents), support other project engineers in completing project work
Ensure EHS/GMP compliance: Provide contractors with relevant EHS/GMP training, conduct project risk assessments and safety response measures, strictly execute EHS and GMP operation procedures
Project implementation: Ensure workshop and utility modification/expansion projects comply with national and company regulations, complete on schedule, responsible for project design, planning, technical requirements, control quality, schedule, safety; responsible for acceptance and supporting acceptance work; timely update and archive all project drawings involved in completed projects
Contractor supervision: Inspect contractors' daily work for GMP/EHS compliance and propose rectification opinions
Communication and coordination: Maintain good communication with other professional engineers, supervisors, and department heads in the team; effective communication with contractors and maintain good cooperative relationships; stay informed on the latest technical information for pharmaceutical and utility equipment
Equipment validation: Cooperate in factory new equipment validation (IQ/OQ) and re-validation (IQ/OQ) for major equipment changes
Comply with company EHS policies and regulations, complete EHS-related work, and ensure behavior complies with national laws, regulations, and policies
