Responsibilities

  • Assist Program Managers with scoping & developing project plans, focusing on clear objectives that tie to strategic initiatives and drive revenue & opportunity
  • Develop & assemble impact assessments and reporting from key stakeholder groups (Sales, Operations, Billing & Service Assurance) to gauge program health
  • Visualize detailed, complex processes spanning multiple systems, teams & business units using ADONIS software
  • Identify, support, and articulate business process recommendations to leadership
  • Provide executive level leadership readouts, conveying recommendations clearly and concisely with storytelling from inception to conclusion
  • Create and maintain end-user content from pre-sales through billing & service assurance to support process improvements and new product enablement
  • Lead analysis and design of existing and new business processes across Customer Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing, Training, Finance, and Legal
  • Develop scalable processes to support the company's architecture vision
  • Deconstruct technical concepts and metrics to facilitate process development
  • Define success metrics for new systems or processes and establish plans to track, monitor, and measure them
  • Complete assessments of business processes, documenting problem statements, process flows, gap analyses, and solution recommendations
  • Develop repeatable and scalable plans and processes to speed time to market and improve operational efficiency
  • Interact closely with matrixed cross-functional teams (field and corporate) to secure alignment
  • Diagnose, correct, and document issues, risks, and problems using Quality Assurance (QA) practices
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
