Requirements

Candidates should possess experience in application and product security, coupled with a strong understanding of relevant technology stacks, and expertise in building secure designs for software products or performing penetration testing for software products. They should also demonstrate an ability to understand code and system configurations and recommend modifications to ensure a better security posture, along with in-depth knowledge of software development and the ability to effectively build and communicate security designs considering the software design context. Furthermore, candidates must have an understanding of three or more security domains, such as platform security and network security.

Responsibilities

The Sr Product Security Engineer will drive secure design in collaboration with development teams, deliver security requirements at the system and software levels, partner with development teams to implement security measures, guide and advise the Verification Team on cybersecurity verification, conduct Cybersecurity Risk Assessments on projects, and execute/facilitate various cybersecurity testing methods. They will also tirelessly work on integrating Product Security into the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), educate and train partner teams on security topics, and be responsible for introducing security controls, processes, and testing throughout the entire product SDLC, from hardware selection to decommissioning the device.
