Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of a suite of tools for design teams in early product concept phases, integrated with Target’s PLM application
  • Deliver a seamless, user-centric whiteboarding experience connected to trend summarization capabilities with embedded GenAI for product concepting and creation
  • Partner to develop comprehensive product strategy, related roadmap, and set key business objectives (OKRs)
  • Assess product value using customer feedback and data, develop business cases, and prioritize product direction and outcomes
  • Lead product teams in collaboration with engineers, UX designers, data scientists, and business partners to deliver the product
  • Serve as the “voice of the product” to key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and providing direction/support to the team
  • Actively understand the market and maintain product roadmap and backlog, outlining customer themes, epics, and stories
  • Prioritize the backlog to focus on highest impact work for the team and stakeholders
  • Encourage open exchange of information and viewpoints
  • Inspire others to achieve challenging goals
