Requirements

At least 6 years of product management experience, with 3+ years focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Strong understanding of the IAM domain (including Fine-Grained Authorization and Zanzibar), industry best practices, and emerging technologies
Experience building and launching successful SaaS or enterprise platform products, and proven ability to translate customer needs into successful product features
Self-starter who can thrive in ambiguity, provide clear direction, and build strong relationships across cross-functional teams to align on priorities and drive product success
Ability to define and track key metrics, ensure measurable impact, lead successful product launches by leveraging discovery techniques, validating ideas, and creating effective adoption strategies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Help shape and execute the strategy for access management solutions (Fine-Grained Authorization, AI Agent Permissions, Scopes), focusing on secure, seamless user access and a best-in-class user experience
Utilize product management and communication skills, along with technical knowledge, to envision and evangelize a compelling product roadmap that delivers tangible customer value
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to define and deliver scalable, high-performing, and user-friendly features for consumers and developers
Engage with internal and external customers to create requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation
Be hands-on with day-to-day product management, including customer interviews, documentation, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management
Establish metrics to monitor performance and ensure continuous improvement of IAM solutions
