Requirements
- Experienced product manager, ideally with background in health data, digital health ecosystems, or interoperability
- Comfortable spending time in the problem space and managing complexity by adjusting processes to the context
- Natural inclination to work collaboratively, be transparent, and seek/give feedback continuously
- Excited about solving complex challenges and creating coherent strategy in ambiguous domains
- Data-driven and customer-centric, balancing analytics with understanding of user needs
- Able to tailor communication to different audiences
- Comfortable facilitating meetings and ensuring all voices are heard
- Values open dialogue, challenges product strategy when needed, and drives execution once direction is set
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with design, engineering, and data teams to deliver new capabilities and integrations for the Digital Health product suite
- Build deep understanding of the digital health market, customers’ goals, and challenges with provider and network data accuracy
- Contribute to defining, prioritizing, and delivering product features that improve data quality, interoperability, and user experience for customers leveraging H1 Foundation and API solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure smooth go-to-market and customer adoption
- Measure and analyze product performance to inform ongoing roadmap and product strategy
- Track and communicate progress against roadmap and client commitments, flagging risks early and coordinating resolution across Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams
- Partner with internal teams to identify and address operational inefficiencies, ensuring scalability as customer base grows
- Own day-to-day Jira management and sprint coordination, maintaining hygiene, backlog prioritization, and delivery milestones across multiple horizontally-aligned teams
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Data Delivery teams to document client-specific implementation needs, ensuring they are reflected in the product roadmap and delivery timeline
- Support the roadmap and execution of data and API-driven products that enable customers to integrate H1’s provider intelligence and healthcare data into their digital platforms
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and commercial teams to build products that translate complex digital health data into simple, actionable insights
