Responsibilities

  • Shape Target’s evolving digital experience for guests and contribute to business growth within the Inspire & Motivate team
  • Enable guests to browse the breadth of assortment across distinct and immersive Category and Limited Time Offer experiences on digital touchpoints including native apps and web
  • Partner to develop a comprehensive product strategy, related roadmap, and set key business objectives (OKRs) for the respective product
  • Leverage product knowledge, customer feedback, and relevant data to assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize direction and desired outcomes
  • Lead the product team in collaboration with engineers, UX designers, data scientists, and business partners to deliver the product
  • Act as the “voice of the product” to key stakeholders to ensure needs are met and the team receives necessary direction and support
  • Develop and maintain understanding of the market
