Position Overview

Help shape the future of growth at Zapier—powered by AI and driven by design. Zapier is on a mission to make automation work for everyone. As a Senior Product Designer on our Growth team, you’ll tackle some of the most critical challenges in helping users get started, unlock new value, and grow with our platform.

This is a high-impact role. You’ll lead design for Logged-in Home, the most visited page in our product, and play a key role in shaping our AI discovery capabilities, helping customers find the next step in their automation journey using intelligent, conversational experiences.

You’ll be at the intersection of product, engineering, data, and marketing—imagining bold solutions, launching experiments, and refining them through insights. This is a perfect role for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, thinks systemically, and is excited to both design for AI and with AI.

About You

  • Experienced in Growth Design: Bring 6+ years of product design experience, including leading initiatives across onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention in SaaS or enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrate Craft and Impact: Share a portfolio that highlights polished UI, strong UX thinking, and clear, measurable impact on both user behavior and business goals.
  • Fluent in AI: Have hands-on experience designing AI-powered features and using AI tools to enhance creativity and expand design possibilities.
  • Think in Systems: Comfortably move between the details of a single interaction and the broader product architecture—designing cohesive, connected user journeys.
  • Bold and Visionary: Enjoy taking creative risks, pushing boundaries, and crafting compelling narratives that bring bold ideas to life and rally teams around them.
  • Initiate and Explore: Operate with autonomy in ambiguous spaces—driven to uncover problems, test possibilities, and deliver value without waiting for permission.
  • Data-Informed, Not Data-Limited: Combine product data, user research, and your own design instincts to inform decisions and unlock new opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Logged-in Home Experience: Drive the design vision for Zapier's Logged-in Home, crafting a personalized and dynamic space that meets the needs of both new and returning users.
  • Own AI Discovery Surfaces: Define and evolve the user journey for AI discovery, building intuitive, intelligent experiences that help customers explore Zapier’s AI-powered capabilities.
  • Collaborate Cross-functionally: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, data scientists, and marketers to set strategy and deliver high-impact outcomes.
  • Balance Iteration with Execution: Rapidly prototype and test ideas while ensuring high-quality execution.
