Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and articulate complex technical concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues related to MES systems, configurations, or integrations
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Partner with site process and technical teams to design, develop and support Alzey dock to dock strategy from the systems and Data perspective
  • Support Tech@Lilly systems including, but not limited to, EWM, SAP and all integrations from EWM to all level 2 and level 3 systems
  • Play a key role as Process Team member to have direct ownership of the day-to-day operations at the Labs representing the Tech@Lilly function
  • Understand Alzey production environment, specifically the use of the Robotics, MES and EWM systems and how it enables site operational stability, dock to dock strategy and Tech@Lilly goals
  • Drive the on-going site operational activities and facilitate utilization of EWM and SAP systems
  • Update EWM system to align with production goals
  • Partner with site MES, Automation and Engineering specialists to triage & resolve issues
  • Align with site resources on system enhancements and process improvements
  • Drive activities and projects to deliver business driven requirements and influence the global system roadmap
  • Proactively seek opportunities for Tech@Lilly to deliver business value
  • Find and act on replication opportunities between sites and functions
  • Build deep IT Quality & GMP capabilities with an ability to understand IT processes, SOPs, and Global Quality Standards
  • Effectively leverage the strength of peers and/or vendor(s) to deliver timely, high quality and consistent outcomes across multiple organizations and Tech@Lilly platforms
  • Leverage knowledge of the business, Tech@Lilly portfolio, and architectural standards to develop and quantify business cases to provide input to the Tech@Lilly and site roadmaps and to measure the value gained from the implementation of solutions
