Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, major of marketing, or Medical/Medical device education background are preferred
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience in medical device field with a MNC company. Sales experience is a plus; Renal industry background is preferred. Proven track record in product portfolio management
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Have excellent analytical, modeling, and teaching capabilities
  • Strong business acumen with ability to make decisions, set strategies and direction but also strong in following up on the execution part
  • Highly passionate, energetic, self-motivated and results oriented leader who can also motivate others and build teamwork to deal with people across all functions and levels
  • Creative problem solver who not only can identify issues but also presents solutions to the management and the team
  • Can work independently with lots of initiative to drive the business also provide feedback to the management on the outcome or results
  • Excellent English skill, especially in speaking and writing
  • Excel and PPT skill are a must

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HD machine (AK98), RO system and other HD disposable product plans, including segment targeted market, product differentiation, competitive analysis, pricing etc
  • Work closely with cross-function team on product lifecycle management including supply, registration, quality, legal, medical, market access, clinical training etc. related work
  • KOL management and maintain strong brand loyalty
  • Work with marketing team to maximize product portfolio value
  • Product knowledge training and evaluation program to sales team
  • Work closely with field sales team to execute product promotion and events execution
  • Involving in all marketing projects and execution
