Requirements

- 7+ years experience in investment banking, consulting, and/or strategic finance
- Excellent financial modeling and presentation skills

Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with business leaders on strategic finance aspects, including business unit forecasting, long-range planning, and business plan formation
- Own the company’s forecasting and budget model
- Establish performance frameworks, variance analysis processes, and quarterly business reviews to improve operational discipline
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s business model and cost drivers; identify opportunities to improve margins and capital efficiency
- Partner with the data analytics team to improve data infrastructure, automate reporting, and ensure alignment between financial and operational metrics
- Prepare Board and other ad hoc management presentations
- Evaluate and support M&A or strategic partnership activity
- Collaborate with real estate teams on portfolio management strategies
