Requirements
- 8+ years of quota carrying experience
- 4+ years management experience
- Proven record of success in a high velocity/high volume sales environment
- Experience managing managers (2nd line leadership)
- Understanding of the complete sales cycle (from prospect to close)

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the SMB strategy in North America
- Lead a team of sales managers across the US
- Drive an operationally rigorous, high velocity sales organization through an extreme focus on data to drive decision making
- Consistently beat sales targets by building a consistent sales motion with a culture of high performance
- Partner tightly with the Marketing and XDR organizations to build the pipeline required to hit sales targets
- Be directly involved with the mentoring and development of the team, including leading weekly team meetings to outline objectives and guidance on ongoing/upcoming initiatives
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement
- Be the voice of SMB Sales at Dandy, fully and autonomously owning outcomes and opinions on what we need to be doing better and what we need to be successful
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts as well as manage SFDC data to ensure up to date information
- Manage escalations and participate directly in all aspects of the sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction
