Requirements

  • Over 10 years of security operations management experience in large-scale complexes (theme parks, hotel groups, cultural tourism projects, etc.), familiar with security risks and industry standards
  • Excellent strategic thinking and leadership abilities, capable of formulating security strategies and leading teams to solve complex problems
  • Familiarity with national and local laws and regulations on security and emergency management, with strong compliance awareness
  • Ability to flexibly arrange work time (including holidays, night shifts, and major events) and respond quickly to emergencies
  • Proficient in Chinese and English communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills as a team collaborator
  • Efficient leader with results-oriented drive, capable of meeting and exceeding expectations of internal and external partners

Responsibilities

  • Strategically lead the development and optimization of security operations standards across the entire Shanghai Disney Resort (including theme parks, back-of-house areas, hotels, Disney Town, peripheral zones, and Security Control Center)
  • Develop mid-to-long-term security strategy plans based on industry trends, national laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Guide and oversee the manager team in implementing security measures to maintain high-standard protection in complex environments
  • Provide leadership in formulating long-term security operation strategy, build and optimize the overall security management system, and regularly evaluate its operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain a highly effective security operations team, build positive work environment, set clear expectations, provide feedback, and facilitate career development and succession planning
  • Supervise daily security operations implementation, review processes and emergency plans, and conduct internal audits and special inspections to improve service quality
  • Lead overall security risk assessments, formulate prevention plans, and coordinate emergency responses for major incidents with internal and external parties
  • Establish and maintain communication and partnerships with external authorities, monitor policy changes, and ensure compliance in strategic decisions
  • Deepen cooperation with global Disney security departments, sharing information and best practices
  • Maintain cooperative relationships with internal business lines to promote security requirement implementation
  • Formulate annual security operations budget, review execution, and optimize costs through efficiency improvements
  • Participate in new project preparations, provide security planning suggestions, and develop security operation plans for new projects
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
