Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Define, maintain, and implement project management methodology, including processes, tools, metrics, and policies to ensure efficiency, quality, and business success
  • Lead day-to-day PMO team activities, running the project portfolio to ensure achievements, targets, and commitments are met through effective resource, scope, issue, and risk management
  • Handle program changes in alignment with change management plans to control scope, quality, schedule, cost, and contracts
  • Address program issues by identifying effective courses of action that consider constraints and objectives to enable continued progress
  • Assemble program status and data through the program management information system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Perform follow-up tasks on projects and related activities, encouraging collaboration, defining roles, assessing skills, providing mentorship, and handling conflicting priorities
  • Support and lead the team; be accountable for the growth and development of Project Managers
  • Drive projects from inception through implementation and completion
  • Collaborate closely with the Vice President, General Managers, and R&D Director of the PPA Business Unit
