Responsibilities

The Sr. Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership to Technical Sales Specialists across North America for Mass Spectrometry to meet growth targets. Responsibilities include managing the team, controlling expense budgets, developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing territories, supervising pipelines, and coaching the team on customer interactions and solution selling. They will also collaborate with various Thermo Fisher teams to drive process improvements and ensure alignment across business areas.
