Responsibilities

Act as change owner for new launches, stop supplying, and source changes
Coordinate regulatory changes (e.g., IDL renewal, Lilly global project-initiated changes)
Work with functions to establish regulatory change project timelines and ensure on-schedule completion
Collaborate with planners on stock build plans if necessary
Initiate changes in SAP for product regulatory changes and coordinate task completion
Lead or coordinate projects such as EU export or localization changes
Serve as material buyer for filling lines, including filling project materials
Release POs timely to ensure material availability for filling projects
Conduct material procurement per SAP workflow, apply/track payments
Handle logistics and support as needed
Liaise with users and suppliers for accurate information and problem resolution
Support printed packaging materials development, re-checking, and document archiving
Assist affiliate bidding process, including stamping documents and timely posting
