Responsibilities

  • Lead the expansion of Walmart Connect Academy into a unified learning platform for internal associates and external advertisers, agencies, and partners
  • Manage a team of designers and vendors while personally developing and delivering key learning programs and certifications
  • Partner cross-functionally to align product and certification programs with business goals and go-to-market priorities
  • Identify opportunities to build role-based learning paths to increase product knowledge, adoption, and confidence
  • Design and deliver multi-modal learning programs (ILT, vILT, eLearning, video, simulations, microlearning, blended learning) for internal and external audiences
  • Build modular, tiered curricula (101/201/301) from foundational to advanced levels
  • Develop visually compelling learning assets using specified tools
  • Facilitate live and virtual product training sessions, certifications, and enablement workshops
  • Partner with SMEs and leaders to ensure content reflects latest product updates and best practices
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of certification programs, including concept, assessment design, delivery, localization, and renewals
  • Ensure certifications are industry-recognized and build governance/version control processes
  • Collaborate with Learning Platforms and Tech teams to manage certification data and reporting
  • Define learning KPIs and success metrics tied to business outcomes (e.g., advertiser spend, platform usage, campaign performance)
  • Partner with analytics teams to evaluate learning impact and ROI using dashboards
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership on program performance and adoption trends
