Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or similar field. MBA preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in investor relations, finance or accounting positions. Investor relations experience preferred
  • Strong financial and investment analysis capabilities, including experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively coordinate with professionals at all levels and departments within and outside the organization
  • Highly motivated, proactive self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Analytic and strategic thinker able to assess complex situations, make recommendations, and manage projects and processes through completion
  • Strong and broad-based knowledge and skills appropriate for consultation to all levels of management

Responsibilities

  • Support development of investor relations strategy and framework for Clarios
  • Manage strong reputation through consistent and clear communication between internal and external stakeholders
  • Interface directly with investors, analysts, and internal constituents including CEO, CFO, FP&A, Communications, Legal, and others
  • Execute key investor relations initiatives for the Company
  • Lead and manage quarterly earnings process: perform analysis of results, develop key investment messages, draft communications, conference call scripts, preparation materials, presentations, and Q&A
  • Partner with teams across the company to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
  • Represent the Company as spokesperson to investment community, educating on market opportunity, strategy, financial performance, and investment merits
  • Play active role in investor conference materials creation, IR road shows, Technology Power Hours, event planning, rating agency meetings, and communications
  • Prepare executives for conferences, road shows, rating agencies, investor and industry events
  • Work with corporate communications and brand marketing teams to ensure consistent company messaging
  • Compile data for Board meetings and updates
  • Summarize relevant information and develop customized meeting materials for senior management to facilitate discussions with key strategic stakeholders
  • Update and manage investor relations webpage
  • Implement IR tools and processes leveraging AI to manage existing investors, target potential investors, and perform market and peer analysis
  • Develop, communicate, and maintain IR governance policies and processes including insider trading policy and quiet periods
  • Serve as subject matter expert in ESG for Investor Relations: partner with sustainability experts to complete requests, communicate strategy, maintain ESG ratings, and share global ESG trends with internal stakeholders
