Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in FP&A, leading and managing high-performing teams, and require public company and SaaS experience. They must be skillful influencers, able to work collaboratively in a remote and team-centric culture, and demonstrate initiative in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to synthesize information for various audiences. Experience in strategic problem-solving, recommendation development, and action planning is also required, alongside a values-oriented, data-driven decision-making style.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Manager, FP&A will serve as a fantastic partner to colleagues in Finance and the Product & Technology teams, advising P&T leadership on financial trajectory and promoting optimal investments. They will evolve a best-in-class business planning process, elevate reporting and insights, manage a team supporting P&T leadership in financial planning, and leverage understanding of Cloud and Software to optimize spend. Furthermore, they will investigate Cloud/Software expense, provide recommendations, champion robust models, ensure financial objectives are analyzed, and ultimately, operate the business based on the team’s output and recommendations.
