Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. Experience with data visualization tools and ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

As the FP&A Manager, you will develop and implement advanced financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, partner with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and deliver actionable insights and solutions, design and maintain financial models and dashboards for clear visibility into key metrics, and conduct in-depth financial performance analysis to identify trends and opportunities. You will also be responsible for leading and building your team while maintaining data quality and integrity, and proactively anticipating challenges to support the company's rapid growth.
