Requirements

  • Reporting to the Sr. Director, FP&A Business Partnerships
  • High level of technical aptitude, including designing and implementing advanced financial models
  • Significant experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, FP&A systems, and advanced Excel functionality (e.g., Power Pivot, Power Query)
  • Proven track record of achieving outstanding business outcomes through financial modeling and business partnering
  • Experience managing 3 direct reports
  • Proven track record of developing talent, planning career paths for team members, creating an environment with clear vision, plan, and expectations
  • Ability to manage performance of team members and drive a high-performing, high-engagement culture

Responsibilities

  • Managing the execution of cross-functional financial planning and financial performance reporting, focused on topline, revenue, and GTM (Go-To-Market) costs
  • Acting as lead on enabling key financial decisions, performing analysis to advise on decisions impacting the financial outlook
  • Scope focused on Topline (from Bookings to Annual Recurring Revenue) and GAAP Gross Margin (from Revenue to GTM Costs)
  • Managing and executing financial planning processes, including processes and tools for cross-functional alignment to performance and operational requirements for Topline (e.g., New Revenue, Churn) and Cost Efficiency targets (e.g., Sales efficiency)
  • Scenario planning, understanding impact on Long-Range Plan from different outcomes, and creating upside and downside financial projections
  • Designing and implementing capacity planning tools to validate resources
