Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial models (FP&A)
Collaborate with senior leaders to provide financial insights, evaluate investment opportunities, and support strategic decision-making (Strategic Business Partnering)
Oversee the calculation, validation, and reporting of commission structures, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance (Ownership of Commissions)
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, management dashboards, and variance analyses (Reporting & Compliance)
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy (Process Improvement)
