Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, with Big 4 experience and CPA certification being encouraged. A minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a management role, is required. Experience with Workday/Looker/Microsoft Suite/GSuite or other large ERP systems is necessary, along with demonstrated experience in a public company environment and readiness for an IPO. Strong technical accounting expertise, particularly in complex transactions like mergers and acquisitions, is essential. Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills are required, as is a proven record of mentoring talent. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic situations is also necessary.
The Sr. Manager, Accounting will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes in accordance with US GAAP. This role involves overseeing all banking activities, including cash management, reconciliation, and reporting, as well as managing the end-to-end audit process. Responsibilities include managing the general ledger accounting team, developing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures, and partnering with Internal Audit to maintain a strong controls environment. The position requires building relationships with FP&A, Tax, and HR, enhancing operational processes through automation and AI, and mentoring and developing a team of accounting professionals.
