Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school + 15 years; Assoc. + 14 years; M.S. + 7 years; PhD + 6 years), the ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English, and 7 years of proven experience.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Manager - Training Systems and Applications will lead all activities related to Alcon’s Virtual Reality Ophthalmic Surgical Simulator, Fidelis, including train-the-trainer, customer training, software needs development, and meeting financial and business requirements. They will assist Clinical Application Training Directors, Global and Regional Marketers, and Professional Education with the development and setup of curriculums, eLearning, resources, and the Alcon Experience Academy, including development of training materials and training key stakeholders on the LMS system. This role also involves managing the Alcon Experience Academy and Alcon Learning Academy for Clinical Application Specialists, assisting in the development and enhancement of LMS system and training dashboards, troubleshooting learning deployment, and managing user lists/groups. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for the discovery and management of all Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) systems, including Rosetta Stone, Veeva Training, and AMP, and leading collaboration efforts with Global CAS Operations on system mapping, overseeing CAS and Customer facing approval processes, and ensuring compliance with Alcon Vision, LLC policies.”} ASR: {
