Requirements

Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor’s Degree plus 8 years of IT project management experience, including large-scale enterprise implementations
Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required or preferred
Agile/Scrum certifications (SAFe, CSM, etc.) preferred
Proficient knowledge in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall
Experience with project/portfolio management tools (MS Project, Planview, Jira, etc.)
Demonstrated success managing complex technical projects in regulated environments (GxP, SOX, HIPAA, etc.)
Outstanding financial foresight and proficiency in budget management
Demonstrated ability to guide and collaborate across multiple teams and organizational levels
Strong communication and presentation skills, demonstrated in written and verbal forms
Proficiency with MS Office suite and project management software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good judgement in complex or ambiguous situations
Demonstrated ownership and dedication to achieving project and organizational goals

Responsibilities

Manage intricate IT projects and programs on a large scale
Apply both traditional and agile methodologies to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources across teams
