Requirements

Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in integration engineering, implementation, or solutions delivery, demonstrating a strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT), and data formats (JSON, XML). Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or shell is required, along with hands-on experience integrating with ERP systems like Yardi, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, or Brix, and familiarity with middleware platforms such as Mulesoft, Zapier, or Workato.

Responsibilities

The Senior Integration Solutions Engineer will lead technical discovery with clients to understand ERP workflows and integration needs, act as the technical lead during onboarding and implementation, help clients adopt Built’s platform through tailored integration approaches, design and build integrations using APIs, file-based workflows, and Built’s internal ETL tooling, adapt solutions to client constraints, develop integration specs, data mappings, and error-handling documentation, ensure performance, reliability, and data accuracy throughout the integration lifecycle, analyze and resolve integration-related issues, own timelines and delivery commitments, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve integration tools based on real-world use.
