Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

  • Previous supervisory or project management experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify, quantify, and secure various tax credits and incentives, such as data center sales tax exemptions and property tax abatement agreements
  • Manage and review the preparation and filing of various indirect tax returns and tax incentives
  • Work closely with internal departments and external partners to gather necessary information and support for indirect taxes and tax incentives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tax authorities during audits related to indirect taxes and tax incentives, providing audit documentation packages and explanations as needed
  • Develop and improve internal processes for identifying, tracking, and claiming tax credits to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Research and monitor current tax landscape changes in operating jurisdictions
