Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associates Degree with +2 years relevant experience or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field (required); experience in a cGMP environment (preferred)
Knowledge of cGMP practices, aseptic techniques, or chemical concepts (preferred); subject matter expert on processing steps (preferred)
Strong math skills, critical thinking, problem solving, detail oriented, results driven, MS Office proficiency
Able to read, write, and communicate in English; understand and carry out instructions
Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
Able to work 12-hour shifts (dayshift 6am–6:30pm or nightshift 6pm–6:30am)
Able to adhere to cleanroom gowning requirements (full gowning suit: bodysuit, gloves, hair/beard nets, face covers, safety glasses; no makeup, jewelry, nail polish, perfume, scented lotions, hair products, exposed piercings, facial hair)
Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) safety standards, wear PPE (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs), work in environment with loud noises and equipment/machinery
Reliable, able to multitask, work independently and as part of a team, in an environment of change; qualified to train other employees (preferred)

Responsibilities

Execute manufacturing batch records, work instructions, and/or SOPs with focus on proactive 'right the first time' executions
Assist with batch record reconciliation
Assist in all Department functions, such as maintaining suite, supplies, equipment, logbooks, and data in accordance with site SOPs and policies
Document all activities to meet cGMP requirements; complete document reviews and revisions; daily record review, tasks, and databases; actively provide feedback
Participate/lead in shift exchanges, 1-1’s, meetings, attend meetings as needed to facilitate area needs based on changes (lean activities)
Support quality investigations by answering questions, providing feedback, and making suggestions for improvement
Practice and promote safe work habits; adhere to safety procedures and guidelines
Perform critical evaluation of processes, including foresight and thinking ahead
Ensure tasks are performed with prioritization—interpret production schedules and complete tasks accordingly
