Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance/Accounting
  • 3-5 years of business experience
  • Working knowledge of United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“US GAAP”)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to engage business process owners in a direct yet professional manner
  • Demonstrated skill in evaluating business processes and identifying potential control gaps
  • High standards of accuracy and precision
  • Organized and articulate

Responsibilities

  • Support the overall AW Auburn, NY Manufacturing Operations through understanding of the performance and forecast for the site
  • Support overall coordination of the budget, strategic plan, and forecasting activities
  • Active participation, driving understanding of manufacturing spend, performance, productivity, savings initiatives
  • Develop and implement productivity and efficiency in finance processes
  • Develop process improvement initiatives in respect to multi-site financial reporting
  • Monthly analysis for Auburn leadership
  • Support the Operations team on Productivity, Performance, and Site metrics
  • Support Project Management and Sales teams with reporting and analysis on sales and margin
