As a Sr. Engineering Manager for Charlotte AI at CrowdStrike, you will be responsible for building and supporting the teams that develop and maintain our revolutionary generative AI-powered virtual security analyst. Your focus will be on the well-being and professional growth of everyone in your group, and you will drive the hiring necessary to scale at an accelerated pace. You will foster an open and collaborative environment, ensuring your group is set up for success and roadmap delivery stays on track.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams of cloud, SDET, and frontend engineers, as well as AI/ML Data Scientists.
• Focus on the well-being and professional growth of team members.
• Drive hiring initiatives to scale the team.
• Foster an open and collaborative team environment.
• Ensure the group is set up for success and roadmap delivery is on track.
• Collaborate closely with product managers to optimize the roadmap.
• Work with the design team to maintain a consistent user experience across all products.
• Contribute to the direction of both the team and the products.
• Learn new skills and mentor fellow engineers.
