Requirements

Experience with SAP technologies, particularly SAP S/4HANA for finance and sales audit processes
Knowledge of SAP modules SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and FI (Financial Accounting)
Expertise in application-level technical configuration, coding, and design
Ability to evaluate technologies considering viability in diverse technical environments, maintainability, and cost of ownership
Skills in initiating and executing research and proof-of-concept activities for SAP best practices
Experience leading or setting strategy for testing and debugging at platform or full solution stack levels
Capability to serve as an expert in complex situations to create and improve standards and best practices for high-performance, scalable, repeatable, and secure deliverables
Familiarity with hybrid environments using open source and SAP technologies
Experience with SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) and emerging SAP solutions
Ability to gather information from various sources, conduct in-depth analysis, and engage stakeholders

Responsibilities

Lead application-level technical configuration, coding, and design for a product using hybrid open source and SAP technologies
Implement additional core SAP modules and expand use of SAC
Participate in best-for-Target decision-making, accounting for technical viability, maintainability, and cost
Initiate and execute research and proof-of-concept for SAP best practice implementations aligned with Target's strategies
Lead or set strategy for testing and debugging at platform or full solution stack
Serve as expert resource in complex situations to create and improve standards and best practices
Lead design, lifecycle management, and total cost of ownership of services
Provide thought leadership to promote re-use and develop consistent, scalable patterns aligned with SAP at Target
Participate in planning services with enterprise impact
Handle routine and moderately complex technical problems, escalating when appropriate to internal SAP team or SAP contacts
Develop plans, schedules, estimate resources, and define milestones and deliverables
