The ability to lead, mentor, communicate, collaborate, and work effectively in a distributed team is also essential. Preferred qualifications include OS system expertise in core concepts and subsystems, knowledge in security, a strong background in scalable, light-weight, and highly performing systems, familiarity with Agile processes, and experience with source control systems like Git.
