Responsibilities

Implement and maintain strategic partnerships with external collaborators for rapid design and development of drug substance and drug product for pre-clinical/clinical phase assets, fostering collaboration and enabling seamless transitions across Discovery and Manufacturing organizations
Ensure alignment by working closely with cross-functional leaders across Lilly CMC, Quality, Procurement, and Safety to translate PRD/SMDD strategic requirements into actionable results with external partners
Drive implementation of novel technology by integrating with leadership and technical staff at CDMOs to transfer novel SMDD technology for GMP production and achieve speed and flawless execution
Champion operational excellence by monitoring capacity, quality, and performance in alignment with business contracts, performing trend analysis, and developing/driving governance of external operations with CDMOs
